Can you deliver on a Saturday? Yes, Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee charged by Fed Ex.

What are your shipping charges and policies? Are there any handling fees? We ship all our products via Fed Ex. We do not charge a handling fee. All our shipping prices are based on the weight of the item. Some remote/rural areas require additional shipping charges. FedEx charges a $10.00 surcharge for Alaska/Hawaii deliveries and must be shipped either standard, overnight or priority mail and will be delivered in approximately two (2) days. We also, at this time, cannot guarantee shipment to PO Boxes, hotels or hospitals. Sorry, but FedEx charges $10.00 for incorrect addresses or address changes which we pass on to you.

How do you package your Pound Cakes for shipping? Our Pound Cakes are first heat-sealed to insure freshness, and then wrapped in red and white tulle, which protects the cake and makes a beautiful presentation when opened. You now have a choice of 1):  sending the cake in a beautiful tin in your choice of black, platinum or holiday theme, or 2): sending the cake in our "one of a kind" personalized hatboxes. (Pick a color, a theme, i.e. animal, etc, and we will create and design your gift box.)

How do you ship your Cheesecake? First, we freeze our Cheesecake and then we place the Cake in an insulated shipper, which will enable the cake to be delivered in perfect condition and at the correct temperature. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box used for added strength and protection.

How do you ship your layer Cakes? Our layer Cakes are shipped exactly as we ship the cheesecake.

Do you deliver the next day? All our cakes are baked to order. Therefore, we need at least 48 hours from the time of your order until the time of shipping or delivery.

May I include a note with my order? Of course. A gift message is included with our service.
